The past week has been pretty hectic. I’m hosting a Christmas party for the oblast and we’ll have a total of 15 volunteers eating dinner in my apartment Friday and Saturday night. I’ve been planning and grocery shopping all week while simultaneously writing, grading, organizing all my usual lessons and negotiating with Peace Corps administration about this “large group event” of mine.
I’ll fill you all in soon, but for now, I leave you all with my best wishes for the holiday.
May your Christmas be merry and bright, spent with loved ones, and full of happiness, joy and tasty foods!
I want to thank you for giving my son a place to go on this, his first, Christmas away from home. It means so much, as you already know, to the families of those “brand, spankin’ new” PCV “babies” that their loved ones have somewhere to celebrate the season and people with whom to celebrate! You have my gratitude!
Every time I watch this it make me smile!
